Start or develop your Free Machine Embroidery skills - doodling with a sewing machine. 

Combine this with applique to create your botanical-themed textile art.

We will then use these to create a lampshade (to use in either your own lamp or hang from your ceiling light fitting).

Free machine embroidery involves being able to sew in any direction, which gives you the freedom to be really creative with stitch.

Join an experienced textile artist and tutor to get support and gain tips and tricks.

Our small groups enable you to get the personal support you need.

All materials, drinks, and biscuits are included.

It is advisable to bring your own sewing machine, then you will be better able to use your learning again at home, but let us know if you need to borrow one of our sewing machines.
